Do I need to buy new hardware?
No. gopozz runs in the browser on the computer or tablet you already have, and works with common 80mm thermal receipt printers.
Is the online store really the same stock as the counter?
Yes — the storefront publishes from the same catalogue the till sells from. When something sells out at the counter, it shows out of stock online, instantly.
Can I use my own domain name?
Yes. Every store starts on a free address like yourshop.gopozz.com the moment it's published, and you can map a domain you own — www.yourshop.com — on top. Our team walks you through the DNS setup during onboarding.
Who sets up the payment and shipping gateways?
We do it with you. On your onboarding call our team connects your own gateway account (UPI, KNET or cards), configures delivery or shipping, and places a live test order before you go public.
Do you take commission on online orders?
Never. Payments go to your own gateway or are collected as cash on delivery. We only charge the subscription — that's the whole business model.
Does it work for shops in India — UPI, COD, PIN codes?
Yes. Connect your own UPI-enabled payment gateway so money settles to your account, offer cash on delivery, and define delivery zones by PIN-code ranges or distance. Prices show in rupees throughout.
Can my customers browse in Arabic?
Yes. Storefronts run in English and Arabic with proper right-to-left layout, and prices display correctly in INR and KWD (3 decimals).
What happens when the free 3 months end?
You pick a plan and carry on — nothing is deleted and nothing is re-entered. If you decide not to continue, your data stays safe and your storefront pauses.

Yes — during setup we help you bring your products and stock across, so you don't start from an empty shop.
